You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any case information, documentation, and strategic advice shared with our legal team. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Poland pertaining to real estate transactions and property rights. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or to facilitate fraudulent property transactions. All communications with our property lawyers must be conducted professionally and respectfully. Clients are obligated to pay agreed-upon fees and expenses in accordance with our engagement agreement. Misrepresentation of facts or withholding material information relevant to your real estate case may result in termination of services without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All legal documents, strategies, templates, and work product created by our legal team in connection with your real estate case remain the intellectual property of our firm unless otherwise specified in writing. You may use these materials solely for the purpose of your specific legal matter. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our legal work product without express written consent is strictly prohibited. Our firm retains all rights to methodologies, case law research, and legal frameworks developed through years of property law practice. Any legal opinions, memoranda, or analysis provided are confidential and intended solely for your use. You agree not to disclose our legal strategies or case approaches to third parties without our express authorization. The firm’s name, logo, and branding materials may not be used in any manner without prior written permission from management.

Limitation of Liability

While our property lawyers provide professional expertise in real estate law and housing disputes, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in your case. Legal results depend on numerous factors including court decisions, evidence presentation, and applicable Polish regulations. Our firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our legal services. The maximum liability of our firm shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for services rendered. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of legal representation. Clients assume all risks associated with real estate transactions and property disputes. Our firm shall not be held responsible for delays caused by court schedules, administrative processes, or circumstances beyond our control. By engaging our services, you acknowledge understanding of the inherent uncertainties in legal proceedings.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship with written notice to the other party. Our firm reserves the right to terminate representation if clients fail to pay agreed fees, provide misleading information, or violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, clients must collect all original documents and materials within thirty days. Outstanding fees and expenses remain due and payable regardless of termination. Our firm will cooperate with successor counsel to ensure smooth transition of your real estate case. Termination does not affect obligations regarding confidentiality of communications or work product. In cases of urgent legal matters, we will provide reasonable transition time before ceasing representation. Clients acknowledge that changing legal representatives mid-case may impact strategy and case outcomes in housing disputes or property litigation. All files will be retained according to Polish legal requirements and professional standards governing property law practices.
