transactions. All communications with our property lawyers must be conducted professionally
and respectfully. Clients are obligated to pay agreed-upon fees and expenses in accordance
with our engagement agreement. Misrepresentation of facts or withholding material
information relevant to your real estate case may result in termination of services without
refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All legal documents, strategies, templates, and work product created by our legal team in
connection with your real estate case remain the intellectual property of our firm unless
otherwise specified in writing. You may use these materials solely for the purpose of your
specific legal matter. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our legal work
product without express written consent is strictly prohibited. Our firm retains all rights
to methodologies, case law research, and legal frameworks developed through years of

Limitation of Liability

regulations. Our firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

total fees paid by the client for services rendered. We disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, regarding the results of legal representation. Clients assume all risks associated
with real estate transactions and property disputes. Our firm shall not be held responsible
for delays caused by court schedules, administrative processes, or circumstances beyond our

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship with written notice to the other
party. Our firm reserves the right to terminate representation if clients fail to pay agreed
fees, provide misleading information, or violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination,
clients must collect all original documents and materials within thirty days. Outstanding
fees and expenses remain due and payable regardless of termination. Our firm will cooperate
with successor counsel to ensure smooth transition of your real estate case. Termination
does not affect obligations regarding confidentiality of communications or work product. In
cases of urgent legal matters, we will provide reasonable transition time before ceasing
representation. Clients acknowledge that changing legal representatives mid-case may impact
strategy and case outcomes in housing disputes or property litigation. All files will be
retained according to Polish legal requirements and professional standards governing
property law practices.
